Ghargrow shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use, misuse, or improper installation of any equipment or system provided. Customers are responsible for ensuring the suitability of Ghargrow products for their specific applications and must follow all operational instructions, safety procedures, and maintenance guidelines provided by Ghargrow or its authorized partners.

Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services

Ghargrow provides agricultural equipment, irrigation systems, spare parts, after-sales support, product training, and maintenance services. All services are subject to availability and operational scheduling.

2. Orders & Payment

  • All product orders must be confirmed in writing.

  • Full or partial payment may be required prior to delivery, depending on the product type.

  • Prices are exclusive of taxes, shipping, duties, and installation fees unless otherwise stated.

3. Delivery & Installation

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, customs, or supplier conditions.

  • Installation of equipment must be performed by Ghargrow-authorized technicians to preserve warranty validity.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure:

  • Safe access to installation and maintenance sites

  • Correct usage of equipment according to training and manuals

  • Compliance with local agricultural, environmental, and safety regulations

5. Liability

Ghargrow is not responsible for damages resulting from:

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Use of non-genuine spare parts

  • Misuse, overloading, or improper operation of equipment

  • Environmental factors such as soil conditions, water quality, or climate

Service Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

Ghargrow provides warranty coverage on all equipment, irrigation systems, and spare parts purchased through authorized channels. Warranty includes:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Faulty components

  • Operational failures under normal use

Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper use, unauthorized repairs, or environmental conditions outside product specifications.

2. Warranty Period

  • Irrigation Systems: 1–2 years depending on model

  • Machinery (CLAAS): As per manufacturer’s global warranty

  • Spare Parts: 90–180 days, depending on category
    All warranty periods begin from the delivery or installation date.

3. Claims Process

To initiate a warranty claim, customers must:

  1. Provide proof of purchase

  2. Describe the issue in detail

  3. Allow Ghargrow technicians to inspect the equipment

Ghargrow reserves the right to repair, replace, or decline claims based on inspection outcomes.

4. Exclusions

Warranty does not apply in cases of:

  • Misuse, operator error, or negligence

  • Natural disasters (storm, flood, fire, etc.)

  • Use of third-party spare parts

  • Modification of system components without approval
